We had an excellent experience with you on our sale property. You always kept us fully informed and although the time from contract to closing was longer than desired, the reasons were fully justified. You handled a difficult situation with a sign company directly rather than passing it on to the seller which was greatly appreciated. You always called to discuss the status of the transaction so I knew with confidence that we were going to close. You demonstrated positive integrity and are a man I would certainly do business with again.

I will say that it was truly a pleasure to work with you and your company as we negotiated our contract and closed on your property. It is always enjoyable to work with professional and knowledgeable parties such as your team. Your ability to communicate timely on various issues during the due diligence period was important to keeping our contract moving forward to the agreed upon closing date. I must say I was impressed with your attorney and engineers as they promptly addressed title, platting and permitting issues which resulted in a transaction that closed and funded as agreed in our contract.
