Meet the Team

Bobby Dan Roberts is Chief Operating Officer and Principal with Victory Real Estate Development. Bobby Dan builds off of his 30 year career in commercial real estate to strategically identify ground up, value-add, and redevelopment opportunities for national credit tenants here at VRED.

Prior to joining Victory Development, Bobby Dan was with Malouf Interests for 5 years, serving as Vice President. During this time he had the opportunity to further develop important skills, became qualified as a Walgreens preferred developer, and constructed pharmacies in Texas. Additional work experience include serving as Director of Real Estate for SCM Property Company. While with SCM, he selected sites and developed Starbucks, Chili’s, McDonald’s, and assembled properties for additional multi-tenant developments. Bobby Dan is a graduate of Texas Tech University and membership affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and Texas Association of Realtors. He is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
