Meet the Team

Noah Chapman is VRED’s Director of Real Estate, a role he excels at due to his analytical and organizational skills as well as previous experience. At VRED, Noah is responsible for site selection and market strategy, managing broker relationships, GIS systems and applications, and tracking systems.

Prior to joining the VRED team, Noah worked for four years as a retail broker for UCR and CBRE. Some of his clients included Macy’s, Target, Sprouts, Cabela’s, and Pacific Dental.

Noah is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson and his membership affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and Texas Association of Realtors.

In his free time, Noah enjoys traveling, seeing live music, working out and cooking.
