Meet the Team

Scott Cervenak brings three decades of experience developing commercial retail from coast to coast. Scott worked with many iconic brands along the way including BP Oil, Circle K, Home Depot, and Longhorn Steakhouse. Most recently Scott and his team executed some 500 restaurants at Raising Cane’s helping to take the amazingly popular brand from a regional presence in Louisiana and Texas to a portfolio extending from California to Florida. Scott’s executive experience spans design, property development, supply chain, construction, and real estate. His credentials include an undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Akron, a graduate degree in business from Georgia State University, a professional engineer’s license, and pending real estate licensure. Scott and his family reside in Frisco where he spends his downtime as an avid road cyclist, guitar player, and collector.
