Vice President | Construction & Development
Tim Kraftson is a Director of Construction at VRED, a role he is well-suited for due to his 13+ years of experience in the management, finance, and commercial construction industries. After graduating from Wheaton College in 2003 with a degree in business and economics, Tim joined the U.S. Army and spent 4 years on active duty. In 2007 Tim left the Army and moved to Colorado Springs where he received his securities licensing. After working as a Financial Planner for a year, Tim moved into the commercial construction industry in 2008, working for two prominent Fort Worth companies. During this period, Tim ran more than $36 million in commercial construction projects as a Project Manager, including retail, medical, office, non-profit, and multi-family.
Using both his professional experience and years spent in the Army planning, leading, and executing more than 200 combat missions, we are overjoyed to have Tim on the VRED team as Development Manager. His attention to detail, commitment to each and every client, and willingness to go the extra mile are just a few reasons why he is such an integral part of our team.
